Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Thank you for choosing Camp Nathanael! Here is some helpful information for your time at camp:

Check-in on the first day of camp begins about 3:30 pm. Please plan to arrive between 3:15 and 3:45. Click here for directions to Camp Nathanael.

Please do not arrive early as we may still be getting things set up for your arrival.

Fees, medical forms, and canteen money. As you drive into camp, a staff member will meet you to check you in. He will be able to verify that you have paid your fee in full, have a canteen/store deposit, and all required forms have been submitted (including the medical form). We prefer that fees and store/canteen deposits are submitted in advance.The staff member may be able to accept your credit card payment, or he may direct you to the pavilion to complete your check in. He will also inform you if there are missing or incomplete forms and will direct you to the pavilion to finalize your check in.
Cabin Assignment. When everything is in order (either as you drive in or at the pavilion) you will get your cabin assignment and be able to move in, get settled, and start your week at camp.
Goodbyes. Parents, please note that we are ready to assume responsibility for your son once he has moved into his cabin. (Or, of course, when he gets on the camp van in Burnsville or Shoreview.) Once he has moved into his cabin this is a good time to say your goodbyes and to allow him to begin assimilating into his cabin group.

Camp ends at 9:30 am on Saturday so your camper should be picked up at that time. (A late arrival on Saturday can be really hard on your son!)

Note that Junior Camp Half-Week concludes at 5:30pm on Wednesday. Your camper can be picked up at that time.
