Welcome to Camp Nathanael!

Camp Nathanael is dedicated to winning boys for Christ, training men and boys in effective Christian living and preparing them for Christian adulthood. It provides an environment to grow in faith and opportunities for men to mentor men and fathers to spend time with their sons.

Camp Nathanael sits on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes and is distinctive in the programming it offers. There is a complete summer camping program that includes camps for boys in grades 3 – 12, Father/Son camps, Freshman Work Crew and Non-Com leadership.

The Work and Fellowship days in the Spring and Fall are an opportunity to bring the entire family for a day service. There is always something to be done at Camp Nathanael.

Layman

A layman is an adult counselor who comes up to camp for a week and stays in a cabin with a group of boys. As a layman you would participate in cabin period, help lead Bible Exploration, assist in teaching one of our crafts and be a positive role model for the boys. You will be partnered with a trained non-com in the cabin. If you would like more information please contact CampDirector@CampNathanael.com

Freshman Workcrew

If you will be entering 9th grade or above this fall, you can be a part of the "Freshman Work Crew" for a week. These guys come to campfree, but work hard on the grounds and kitchen crews. It's a great chance to see what being a camp counselor is like while helping Camp Nathanael. If you would like more information check the box on the registration card or contact CampDirector@CampNathanael.com

Non-Com

SkitIf you are entering 10th or 11th grade you could apply to become a non-com. These guys are the Camp Nathanael backbone during the summer months. They are the primary counselors and lifeguards. They lead the cabins, crafts, games, Bible Ex, skits, songs and much much more. Non-coms raise support to cover the costs of training, and are at Camp all summer. if you are interested contact Staffing@CampNathanael.com
